Erika Drummond has been teaching music in Eastern Greene Schools for 14 years. In those years she has brought music to the lives of thousands of students. In addition to teaching, she is active in the adult choir and children’s ministry at her church. Erika has also served as principal oboist for the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra. Mrs. Drummond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Truman State University and a Master’s of Arts for Teachers with an emphasis on Music Education from Indiana University. She is a member of the Music Educators National Conference, Indiana Music Educators Association and the Indiana Chapter of the Orff Schulwerk Association.
Mrs. Drummond lives in Solsberry with her husband Rob and their two children who both attend Eastern Greene Schools. Her son plays the piano, the cello, and soccer and her daughter plays the violin, dances and loves gymnastics!
